9 Signs You’re Overstressed (and Don’t Know It)

In case you are experiencing troubles falling asleep or have irregular sleeping patterns, it may mean that you are overstressed. This is the first thing to be affected when there is too much stress in your life.

Having Weight Fluctuations
When people are stressed, it is likely they forget to eat, which slows don’t the metabolism. Hence, the result is either weight gain or weight loss. Moreover, when we are overstressed, cells do not get enough oxygen.

Overthinking
If you can’t stop thinking about your job, finances, and other issues, it probably means that you are overstressed. Other associated symptoms that show that you overstressed are constantly checking your phone, emails, and other forms of communication from work.

If you can’t stay calm and in one place, it is likely that you are overstressed. So, if anxiety is constant and you can’t relax, it is definitely time to do something to reduce the stress.

If you’re impatient and you cannot tolerate other people, it means that you are under a stress.

Mood Swings
Stress directly attacks the brain health. Hence, when over stressed it is likely to have mood swings. Additionally, this may lead to anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, and addictions.

Hair Loss
Stress is one of the culprits for hair loss. Thus, if you experience this issue, it probably means that you need to slow down and relax.

Loss of Libido
This is another potent symptom of being overstressed. The stress hormone secretions responsible for sexual response get affected and it may lead to inability to experience any kind of intimacy.
